PSYCH-K® is a helpful resource for many physiological, psychological, and spiritual concerns. It is NOT a substitute for medical diagnosis, drug therapy, surgery, radiation, or other conventional mental health or medical interventions. Proper medical exams and diagnostic evaluations by your physician or other mental health professionals are an important aspect for healing and wellness. PSYCH-K is strictly limited to the modification of beliefs and their relationship to wellness.
Payment
Pre-Payment for private sessions is required for both new and established clients. Payment is required at time of scheduling the appointment. RewireMindset.com accepts credit cards via PayPal. Personal checks may also be mailed prior to session date. (Should a check bounce a $30 fee shall be assessed).
Cancellation policy
Full refund for private PSYCH-K sessions will be given when notice is received 48 hours before scheduled appointment time. Notice of cancellation must be via email or phone call/voicemail. Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance are considered billable appointments and refunds will not be made.
Late Arrivals
If traffic or other challenges delay your arrival or start to your phone session more than 30 minutes, it may not be acceptable to meet as other appointments may be booked immediately after your scheduled time. Call as soon as you know you will be late. If there is a possibility to accommodate the late arrival we will let you know. If we are unable to complete your appointment due to late arrival, it is considered a full billable appointment
Changing Session Time
Once your appointment has been scheduled it’s requested you keep your scheduled time. Please be aware that other appointments are scheduled based on your requested time. It’s understood that unexpected circumstances may arise once in a while.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to me. I guarantee I will never sell your personal and private information gathered on/through this website or session notes. This information includes, but is not limited to, name, phone numbers, addresses, credit card numbers, and banking information. I do not collect or capture any personal or private information without your knowledge & consent. If there are extenuating circumstances, please bring them to my awareness and I will do what I can to accommodate you. Should we need to alter an appointment time, I will do my very best to give you at least 48 hours notice.
